Ogasawara Ryou is kicked out of medical school for raping a comatose patient. His older brother, Atsushi however is able to get into medical school easily, and is good enough to start working as a doctor right away. He also happens to be very popular with the nurses.

When Atsushi goes on a business trip abroad with his fiancée, Ryou decides to embarrass his brother and goes to the hospital where he works to entrap him.
